These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Lumē Skin. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

This store is operated from India and is intended for customers in India.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately; minor variations may occur.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel (with full refund) any order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

3. Payments

Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets, processed securely through our payment partners, including Razorpay and Cashfree Payments, on Shopify's secure checkout.
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically refunded by the payment gateway to your source account, typically within 5–7 business days.
We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including our 90-day money-back guarantee.

6. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

The Lumē Skin LED Face Mask is a cosmetic wellness device and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, epileptic, photosensitive, taking photosensitising medication, or have a diagnosed skin condition.
Use the product only as described in the included instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, videos, logos and design — is the property of Lumē Skin and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
