At Lumē Skin, we stand behind our products. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for purchases made on this website.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched by emailing us at rxzordis2@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it remains eligible for return under our 90-day guarantee below.
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with your Lumē Skin LED Face Mask, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
- To initiate a return, email rxzordis2@gmail.com with your order number. We will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or share the return address.
- The product should be returned with its original accessories and packaging where possible. Normal signs of use are acceptable.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging.
- We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected (or your cancellation confirmed), your refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking or wallet) via our payment partners (including Razorpay and Cashfree) and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- For Cash on Delivery orders (where available), refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI after you share your account or UPI details.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Warranty
All devices carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, separate from the 90-day guarantee. Contact us to make a warranty claim.
