Shipping Coverage
We offer free Pan-India delivery on all orders — no minimum order value. We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India through reputed courier partners.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or low-serviceability PIN codes may take slightly longer.
Timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, strikes or courier delays. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes end-to-end tracking. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or email us your order number at rxzordis2@gmail.com for a status update.
Failed Delivery / Address Issues
- Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate — our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times and may call you.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund.
Damaged Packages
If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how damaged or defective items are handled.
